The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a solid background in hospitality management, and customer service, ready to oversee all aspects of restaurant functioning with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift. Manage food preparation and food safety standards, maintaining high-quality culinary output across all departments. Supervise kitchen staff, servers, and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence. Coordinate with culinary teams to ensure proper food handling, dietary accommodations, and adherence to safety protocols. Lead shift management by planning schedules, delegating tasks, and resolving any operational issues promptly. Maintain inventory levels for food supplies, beverages, and kitchen equipment while minimizing waste. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector, ideally in restaurant environments. Supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting with responsibilities including shift management and team leadership. Knowledge of food safety standards, dietary considerations, and kitchen management best practices. Excellent communication skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate teams and enhance guest experiences. Prior experience in managing diverse teams within the hospitality industry is highly valued.
