Job Description

About the Role The Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dining room operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. This leadership position works closely with the culinary and club management teams to maintain excellence in every aspect of the dining experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise dining room staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. Ensure exceptional member and guest service at all times. Oversee daily dining room operations, special events, and club functions. Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management. Address member feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to coordinate menus, events, and service execution. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Reporting Relationship The Dining Room Manager reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director and works closely with the Executive Chef, Private Event Manager, and other department heads to ensure seamless club operations. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of restaurant, club, hotel, or hospitality management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food, beverage, and fine dining service standards. Experience with staff training and development. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
