The Mill Saloon is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to help lead our team and keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily bar and restaurant operations Lead, train, and support bartenders, servers, and support staff Create employee schedules and manage labor costs Maintain excellent customer service standards Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development Monitor inventory and place beverage orders Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Work closely with ownership to improve operations and grow the business Assist with promotions, events, and community engagement

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling Knowledge of liquor, beer, and beverage service BASSET certification (or ability to obtain) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
