Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of shift operations, including food production, food preparation, food service, and bowling operations.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new team members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the shift team.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that arise during the shift.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
