What You'll Do:

As Front of House Manager , you'll run the show — leading your restaurant's operations, team, and customer experience. You'll be responsible for making sure every shift runs smoothly while cultivating a culture that aligns with our mission and values.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-40+ employees Ensure outstanding guest experience with speed, quality, and hospitality

• Grow your regulars Manage daily operations including food safety, scheduling, and inventory Drive sales and control costs to meet and exceed financial goals-build catering business Build a strong team Uphold all brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies Promote a fun, respectful, and hardworking culture

You Bring:

2+ years of QSR or full-service restaurant management experience A passion for food, people, and operational excellence Service driven Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments Experience with P&L, labor controls, and inventory systems A hands-on, can-do attitude Stable job history
