In this role, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, top-notch food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control. Lead hiring, training, and development efforts to build a motivated and skilled team. Manage inventory levels, control costs, and ensure proper food handling and safety standards are maintained. Supervise shift management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Implement and monitor POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations across all areas of the restaurant. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with additional fine dining or casual dining experience preferred. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in staff training, supervision, and development within hospitality or food service settings. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices. Previous roles involving restaurant management or assistant manager responsibilities are a plus. Excellent leadership abilities combined with outstanding customer service skills to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.
