We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee retail and food & beverage operations at a premier destination location. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing financial performance, and leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to guests from around the world. What You'll Do Lead all retail, food & beverage, and guest service operations within the location. Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences. Manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and food service execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with client leadership, guests, members, and community stakeholders. Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, health regulations, and contractual obligations. Champion sustainability initiatives and support environmental stewardship through responsible resource management. Partner with corporate leadership to achieve operational goals and business objectives. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance metrics. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum three (3) years of operations or general management experience. At least two (2) to three (3) years of retail and/or food & beverage management experience required. Experience in attractions, cultural destinations, hospitality venues, visitor centers, entertainment venues, retail environments, or similar guest-focused operations preferred. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
