Restaurant General Manager - Training Store We are transforming one of our restaurants into our official Training Store, and we are looking for a strong leader to help us build it from the ground up. This is not just another General Manager position — this is an opportunity to help shape the future of our operations by creating a best-in-class training environment for future managers and team members. We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager with proven training experience, strong operational leadership, and a passion for developing people. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations with excellence Help build and establish our flagship Training Store Develop training systems, structure, and team expectations Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing training team Train and mentor future managers and team members Create a positive culture focused on accountability, consistency, and growth Drive sales, labor, food cost, and overall operational performance What We're Looking For Previous Restaurant General Manager experience required Strong training and team development background Passion for coaching and developing future leaders Ability to build culture and lead through change Strong communication and organizational skills Fast casual or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
