Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and possess excellent leadership skills. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff members to provide exceptional service to guests
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery
- Oversee catering operations and ensure successful execution of events
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, cash handling, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
