Job Description

Overview Clean Eatz in Quincy is hiring a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. This is a 45-hour/week salaried position with no late nights (8PM latest, 4PM weekends) ideal for someone looking for a management role with a more balanced schedule. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on leader who can run shifts, support the team, and maintain high standards. Availability on Sundays and Mondays (our busiest days) and 8AM mornings for truck deliveries is required. Responsibilities Lead daily operations and run shifts to ensure a smooth, efficient environment Support and manage both Front of House and Back of House team members Oversee scheduling, call-offs, and ensure proper staffing coverage Receive and manage inventory, including weekly truck deliveries and local orders Monitor food quality, prep, and production to maintain Clean Eatz standards Oversee meal plan production, labeling, and organization throughout the week Manage daily cash handling, drawer counts, and deposits Track sales, labor, and key metrics to ensure efficient operations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities to the team Step in wherever needed during busy periods (hands-on leadership) Ensure proper prep, inventory rotation, and minimize food waste Support weekly planning including ordering, projections, and production goals Help train, coach, and develop team members Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling practices Experience 2 years of restaurant management or leadership Must have Food Manager Certification (Food Handler/ServSafe Manager) Strong reliability and attendance history Ability to lead a team and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations preferred Comfortable handling cash management, deposits, and basic reporting Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Hands-on work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while enjoying predictable hours that respect your personal time.
