What You'll Do:

Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) dining operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local standards and regulations. Manage FOH staffing, including scheduling, training, evaluations, and employee relations in coordination with HR and leadership. Plan and execute special events, including BEOs, pricing, and menu development with culinary and operations teams. Maintain accurate labor budgets, payroll, inventory, and vendor management in line with fiscal guidelines. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards through regular audits and documentation. Collaborate with BOH and Executive Chef for quality assurance, event planning, and service coordination. Drive resident satisfaction and operational success by meeting or exceeding budget, revenue, and KPI goals.

What You'll Need:

ServSafe Food Manager certification (required) 2 years of elevated dining and service methods (required) Valid Driver's licence and clean MVR record (required) Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Skilled in event planning, catering, budgeting, and inventory management Proficient in Microsoft Teams, POS systems, and general computer applications Basset certification (preferred) Benefits Available to
