For over 25 years, Rosebud Steakhouse has been one of Chicago's most recognized upscale dining destinations, known for exceptional Prime steaks, genuine hospitality, and uncompromising service standards. As CHC Restaurants continues its expansion throughout the Midwest, we are looking for passionate leaders who want to help build a culture of excellence while advancing their careers with a growing restaurant company. Today, CHC Restaurants proudly operates restaurants throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Texas , with our next expansion already underway in Scottsdale, Arizona . Now Hiring General Manager Assistant General Manager Restaurant Managers What You'll Do As part of our leadership team, you will: Lead by example through genuine hospitality Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams Create exceptional guest experiences Drive sales while maintaining operational excellence Ensure execution of Rosebud Steakhouse service standards Develop future leaders within the organization Build a culture based on accountability, teamwork, and professionalism Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of upscale restaurant management experience (GM candidates should possess extensive multi-year leadership experience) Strong leadership and coaching abilities Proven success in high-volume restaurants Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Financial and operational management experience Excellent communication skills Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Fine dining or upscale casual experience is strongly preferred.
