We're a high-energy social entertainment venue featuring craft cocktails, elevated comfort food, arcade games, pinball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, private events, and an atmosphere built around experiences. We're looking for a hands-on, hospitality-driven General Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the floor, and knows how to build strong teams and unforgettable guest experiences. Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of Rec Haus. This role oversees front-of-house operations, staffing, financial performance, service standards, and team culture while ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
