www.coloinalcafe.com You will be responsible to deliver Colonial Cafe's mission, to be the BEST Family Restaurant with: Great Service Fresh, quality food Fun, clean atmosphere To create an environment that has a "balanced approach" to management that includes People, Sales, Quality of Operations and Profits. Attaining this goal with the philosophy that we are Teachers and Coaches first and foremost, while building a relationship with the team. We will hold the team accountable for results achieved and coach to success in other areas. Job Responsibilities 100% complete guest satisfaction! Training - Oversees training, coaching and evaluating all team members in meeting and maintaining company standards and values. Sets high standards for results and holds self and others accountable. Creates an environment that motivates, teaches, develops managers and encourages team work. Holds Team Members accountable for meeting targets. Produces high quality food and beverage products that meet specification in visual appeal, taste, temperature and consistency. Demonstrates commitment to exceed guest expectations by clearly conveying service standards to employees and effectively handling guest complaints. Qualifications 5 years full-service minimum experience in Restaurant Management. •Breakfast experience preferred.• A mind for analyzing and critical thinking. Ability to effectively use and run Toast POS, labor scheduler, Food Inventory Counts and Google Drive Docs & Sheets. Proficient with
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel and Publisher. Ability to communicate effectively, speak, read and create documents in English. High school diploma or GED equivalent, some advanced studies preferred. A valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet for long periods of time.
High Volume Weekend Sales:
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
