In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold company policies Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and oversee team performance to ensure smooth service delivery Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling procedures Monitor inventory levels, control food and beverage supplies, and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking Enforce food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health department standards Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality control in cooking, food handling, and presentation Assist with interviewing, onboarding new team members, and providing ongoing training & development opportunities Manage restaurant budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with a background in team management, staff training & development, and supervising diverse teams Familiarity with inventory control, food production processes, and budgeting practices in the food industry Previous experience in fine dining or hotel restaurant settings is a plus but not required Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service skills Effective communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and conduct staff training sessions Join us as an Assistant Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
