Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
Ensure the whole team receives proper training/coaching and supervision Drives with scheduling, hiring, onboarding Full ownership of all team members' performance development and reviews, promotions, and terminations Ensure full compliance of all opening and closing procedures Resolve customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency P&L owner and Guest Satisfaction champion
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
3+ years in a similar role with an upscale dining concept Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills Outgoing personality with the ability and desire to engage with customers on table touches Flexible to the needs of the business Willingness to learn
