Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations with attention to detail and resource management Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service Manage budgets, financial records, and stock control to maximize profitability Handle guests complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience Set and motivate the team to meet sales targets and maintain store standards Ensure Food Safety standards are always being followed.
