This role is all about inspiring your team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering top-notch customer experiences. As the face of the restaurant, you'll oversee everything from staff supervision to food quality, all while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional food and customer service in a fast-paced setting. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, food preparation, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste using POS systems Supervise staff training and development to ensure high standards of food handling, safety, and hospitality are maintained. Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures to ensure financial integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations. Collaborate with the team on budgeting, staffing schedules, and performance evaluations to optimize restaurant performance. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is essential. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry standards including food safety practices. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing candidates. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes Is a plus Background in hospitality management or culinary experience is a plus .
