Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our 4000 West Main St location in Belleville, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Provide strong leadership and direction to all team members, fostering a positive and productive work environmentManage daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and cash managementImplement and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standardsDevelop and execute strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market shareMonitor and analyze financial performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize operationsEnsure exceptional customer service by setting high standards and leading by exampleRecruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforceCollaborate with upper management to achieve company goals and implement new initiativesResolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly and professionallyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both employees and customersQualificationsProven experience in a management role, preferably in the food service or retail industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in financial management and cost controlCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding serviceSolid understanding of food service operations and relevant regulationsProficient in using computers and relevant software for business managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesFlexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as neededBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailVisionary approach to business growth and innovationAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
