Our products are widely used across various industries, from retail packaging to industrial applications. Committed to sustainability, we also recycle nearly 20 tons of scrap plastic daily, demonstrating our dedication to environmentally responsible practices. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to help with our busy manufacturing operations. The main responsibilities of the role include tabulating, tracking and analyzing daily production. This represents 50% of the daily tasks of the position. Other daily, weekly or monthly responsibilities include:
  • Managing plant supplies inventory and ordering
  • Co-lead of our SQF food safety program
  • Co-lead of our Safety team
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports and compliance
  • Work closely with the Plant Manager and act as a liaison between the plant and the office
Minimum Position Requirements:
  • Pervious experience in manufacturing or production management within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated core competency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work cohesively with a diverse group of employees
  • Self-starter and exemplifies a high level of self-motivation
  • High level of organizational skills and proven ability to follow through on tasks
Pay:
$50,000.00
