Adhere to all Little Caesars policies and procedures Experience Proven leadership experience in a restaurant management role, QSR industry Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry. Experience managing shifts effectively, ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak hours. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
