This role is essential in supporting the company Directors in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in food service management, and a passion for team development. Night and weekend availability are a must. Duties
  • Assist the company Directors in managing all aspects of the establishment, including culinary operations, guest services, and staff management.
  • Oversee inventory control to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards and enhance their skills in food service management.
  • Help manage kitchen operations to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a setting, with a strong understanding of food service management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability in inventory control and cash handling practices.
  • Excellent team management skills with a focus on staff training and development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members professionally.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
  • Night and weekend availability a must.
