What You'll Do As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for restaurant operations, including: Leading and developing managers and hourly team members Driving sales growth and guest satisfaction Managing restaurant profitability and financial performance Overseeing labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Building a positive, people-first culture Recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent Creating an exceptional experience for guests and employees alike Serving as the face of the restaurant within the local community What We're Looking For 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant Strong P&L management experience Proven leadership and team development skills Experience managing labor, food cost, and controllable expenses Passion for hospitality and guest service Ability to lead from the front and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving abilities What We Offer Base salary up to $70,000 Quarterly performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off Leadership development and advancement opportunities Supportive and collaborative company culture Opportunity to join an established and growing restaurant organization
