We're partnering with a well-established restaurant group known for outstanding hospitality, strong leadership teams, and a commitment to promoting from within. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager who enjoys coaching teams, creating great guest experiences, and helping drive restaurant success. What You'll Do Support day-to-day restaurant operations Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members Partner with the General Manager to drive sales and profitability Help manage labor, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness expectations are met Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training Foster a positive and engaging team culture Deliver memorable guest experiences through hands-on leadership What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience Experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment Strong leadership and communication skills Financial awareness and operational understanding Passion for hospitality and team development Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends What We Offer Base salary up to $58,000 Quarterly bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Career growth opportunities within a growing organization Strong support systems and operational resources Positive, team-oriented culture
