Bath/Kitchen Installer-Asst. Manager

Bathroom & Kitchen Installer (Growth Opportunity into Management) We are a well-established 40+ year Residential Alteration Contractor with an A+ BBB rating , seeking skilled installers to join our growing team. We specialize in acrylic bathroom systems, cabinet refacing, and countertop installations . This is more than just an installer role — we are looking for the right individual who wants to grow into a leadership / Assistant Production Manager position as we continue to expand.

What We Offer:

$800

• $2,800 per week (weekly pay) Full-time employee position with benefits Year-round, steady work (no seasonal layoffs) Indoor installations

What You'll Be Doing:

Install bath/shower systems and walk-in tubs Perform cabinet refacing and countertop installs Handle light plumbing connections and finish carpentry Complete small drywall work as needed Deliver a clean, professional finished product in customers' homes

Who We're Looking For:

We want installers who: Take pride in their work and maintain a professional attitude Can work independently and efficiently Are interested in long-term growth into leadership

Preferred Experience:

2+ years residential/trim carpentry (required) Experience with bath systems, kitchens, or remodeling Basic plumbing knowledge (preferred) Indiana Plumbing License (strongly preferred) Prior leadership or management experience (big plus)

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License (required) Driving record acceptable to company insurance Ability to work legally in the United States Basic tools & general construction knowledge Comfortable with ladders and confined spaces Reliable transportation (full-size truck preferred, not required)

Additional Details:

NO selling required Monday-Friday schedule (weekends as needed) Bonus and advancement opportunities available
