Compensation:
Up to $75,000 annually , based on experience and performance , including a monthly bonus tied to operational goals and team development.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on people and performance Hire, train, and mentor team members with a focus on long-term retention Build a winning culture centered on growth, accountability, and service Oversee food quality, labor and food costs, and compliance standards Set the tone for a clean, customer-focused, high-energy work environment Identify high-potential team members and support their development

Proven leadership experience (QSR or hospitality experience is an asset) Passion for training and team development Ability to motivate and retain top talent A desire to grow with a company that values people and performance High standards for cleanliness, service, and accountability Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced setting
