Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food presentation. Supervise and train staff across all departments, including front-of-house and kitchen teams, to uphold service standards and food safety protocols. Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food ordering to minimize waste and optimize profitability. Oversee cash handling procedures, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and financial transactions with accuracy and integrity. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards at all times. Develop staff schedules, manage shift coverage, and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Implement training & development programs to foster team growth, improve performance, and promote a positive work environment. Requirements Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, food handling, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Strong background in food service management, inventory control, budgeting, and hospitality management. Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, interviewing, staff training & development. Demonstrated ability to oversee restaurant operations including shift management, food production, catering services, bar operations, and banquet experience is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary experience across various cuisines is highly desirable.
