POSITION OVERVIEW
Our company is a dynamic, full-service interactive gaming venue. We're currently seeking a General Manager to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Manager and team members to ensure smooth daily operations. We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a strong interest in technology and gaming. This is a full-time, permanent role. Flexibility is key, as shifts will vary to support business needs, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development Manage daily operations while aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives. Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at business growth and support their rollout across the team. Collaborate on marketing efforts and local events to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone professionally and efficiently. Participate in business planning sessions, skill development workshops, and company-wide training. Monitor and manage store budgets, particularly in relation to staffing and inventory control. Customer Experience Assist with customer check-ins, payment processing, and guide team members in delivering top-tier service. Schedule and organize shifts to ensure customers enjoy personalized, engaging experiences. Maintain a high-energy, enthusiastic atmosphere that leaves a lasting impact on guests. Ensure that customer satisfaction remains a core focus in all daily activities. Proactively welcome and interact with guests throughout their visit. Collect and communicate feedback to support ongoing service and process improvements. Team Management Oversee scheduling to ensure adequate staffing during busy periods. Lead recruitment efforts and help build a talent pipeline aligned with business goals. Provide ongoing coaching and leadership, both formally and informally. Develop individual growth plans for team members to enhance their skills and career progression. Support training, onboarding, and performance evaluations for all employees. Facility and Maintenance Oversight Ensure gaming equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. Conduct regular inspections of the gaming area and front-of-house spaces. Complete routine inventory and maintenance checklists weekly and monthly. Report facility issues promptly to the appropriate departments. Participate in daily cleaning and upkeep in line with company standards. Supervise all guest-facing operations including front desk and gaming experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer.
