Job Description
- Overview
- Noble Roman's Craft Pizza & Pubs are fun and friendly places to work! We are looking for leaders to join our team
- people who can fill the role of a 'go-to' team member, working key positions in the restaurant, with a keen eye for hospitality, and the desire to be the Keyholder in the absence of the management team.
- Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Learn all positions in the restaurant
- Guide other team members
- Be able to serve beer & wine (must be 21 or older)
- Open and close the restaurant with attention to detail and completeness
- Skills
- Previous foodservice experience with a good track record
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with all kinds of people
- Strong ability to relate to guests and provide exceptional service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A calm, cool and collected personality
- Able to perform active restaurant duties for full shifts
- Naturally positive and upbeat
