  • We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team.
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. If you have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work with GM to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Train and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have
  • Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial position
  • Strong knowledge of food safety
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
  • ServSafe Certification a PLUS!
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
