Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our bustling hospitality operation. Duties Lead and manage all restaurant or hospitality venue operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety standards to ensure top-quality offerings Supervise inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing, reporting, and reconciliation Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards Train staff on customer service excellence, food handling techniques, and operational procedures Manage shift operations efficiently to meet customer demand while controlling costs Coordinate catering, banquets, or special events to enhance revenue streams Foster a positive team environment through effective interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing development Skills Extensive experience in food industry management with a focus on quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings Strong knowledge of kitchen management including food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen safety Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales and inventory tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complex situations diplomatically Ability to train and develop staff effectively through coaching and performance evaluations Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to maximize operational efficiency Experience with food safety standards and certifications required by local health authorities Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Background in hotel experience or catering is a plus; barista or coffee experience is advantageous Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture Join us as our General Manager and lead our team toward delivering memorable dining experiences!
