Job Description

Job Title:
Part-Time Personal Assistant / Home Manager About the Role We're seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive personal assistant / home manager to help keep our household running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable managing both day-to-day household needs and occasional special projects.
Responsibilities Project Coordination:
Schedule, communicate with, and oversee contractors or service providers for household projects.
Errands & Shopping:
Grocery shopping, light shopping for household supplies, returns/exchanges, and occasional gift purchasing.
Light Organization & Cleaning:
Tidy spaces, arrange rooms, manage household inventory, and assist with seasonal organization.
General Household Support:
Assist with ad hoc tasks to help the household run efficiently. Occasional transportation of children to school/activities (car seats would be provided). Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and follow-through. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Comfortable managing multiple priorities. Experience in household management, personal assistance, or related field preferred. Schedule & Flexibility Part-time hours, flexible schedule (weekdays preferred). Ability to respond to occasional urgent needs or last-minute schedule changes a plus.
