We are looking for a strong General Manager to lead our Franklin location and grow with us long term. This is not just another restaurant management job — we are looking for future leaders and operators who want to help build something bigger. We want someone who takes pride in running a clean, fast, organized, high-performing restaurant and knows how to lead a team the right way. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily restaurant operations Hire, train, coach, and hold team members accountable Build a strong culture focused on teamwork and execution Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and kitchen Manage scheduling and labor efficiently Control food cost and inventory Ensure fast ticket times and strong line performance Oversee prep operations including chicken cutting and kitchen preparation speed Deliver excellent customer service and guest experience Open and close the restaurant as needed Requirements Previous restaurant management experience
REQUIRED
Open availability, including nights and weekends Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing labor, food cost, and scheduling Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team Strong organizational and cleanliness standards Reliable, driven, and self-motivated Schedule Full-time Open to close availability preferred
