  • Full-time Help Lead a Growing Marine Dealership Focused on Customer Experience AMC Marine Sales & Service is looking for a driven, organized, customer-focused General Manager to help lead our growing marine dealership in Northeast Indiana.
This is not a corporate desk job. This is a hands-on leadership role inside a fast-paced, family-oriented business that helps families create memories on the water. We are looking for someone who: Naturally takes ownership Leads people well Loves organization and problem solving Cares deeply about customer experience Can build systems and improve operations Is comfortable making decisions and holding a team accountable Wants to help grow a business long-term The ideal candidate does not necessarily need marine industry experience. Hospitality, automotive, restaurant, operations, service management, or customer experience leadership backgrounds may all translate well.
