A BRIEF OVERVIEW

Contributes support for departments and department supervisors. Coordinates department activities, workflow, and resources to achieve daily goals. Maintains accuracy and performance standards and ensures compliance with safe work practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conducts routine technical support tasks for the warehouse area under general supervision and communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal team. Gathers feedback from employees across the company to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs. Communicates with supervisor to determine departmental staffing needs and assignments. Arranges employee work assignments to support a balanced workload. Advises on problem resolution for employees using reports, summaries, and procedures. Assists with paperwork and audits and fills in for supervisor as needed. Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Perform other duties as requested by the department lead/supervisor and or manager. Matches daily tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods to ensure best practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to walk, stand, pull, climb, bend, reach, and stoop for an extended period of time. Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to read, write, and count accurately. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (courteous and cordial). Ability to work overtime. Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills. 0-2 years' work experience.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
