  • A BRIEF OVERVIEW
  • Contributes support for departments and department supervisors. Coordinates department activities, workflow, and resources to achieve daily goals. Maintains accuracy and performance standards and ensures compliance with safe work practices.
  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • + Conducts routine technical support tasks for the warehouse area under general supervision and communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal team.
+ Gathers feedback from employees across the company to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs. + Communicates with supervisor to determine departmental staffing needs and assignments. + Arranges employee work assignments to support a balanced workload. + Advises on problem resolution for employees using reports, summaries, and procedures. + Assists with paperwork and audits and fills in for supervisor as needed. + Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities. + Perform other duties as requested by the department lead/supervisor and or manager. + Matches daily tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods to ensure best practices.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • + Ability to walk, stand, pull, climb, bend, reach, and stoop for an extended period of time.
+ Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision. + Ability to read, write, and count accurately. + Good written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (courteous and cordial). + Ability to work overtime. + Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills. + 0-2 years' work experience.

  • + High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 40 •Time Type•Full time •Pay Range•The typical pay range for this role is: $17.
00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Our people fuel our future.
