We have six restaurants open and we will open one more in Louisville by the end July at Preston and Outer Loop. If you are looking for a place to start a career at a new restaurant, and be well paid you have found a new home! We are open in Jeffersonville, but looking for a few additional managers at our two restaurants located on 10th St., and Veterans Parkway. Depending on staffing and opening of our new restaurant you could work there or potentially at one of our Louisville restaurants. We are currently staffed in Louisville, but adding this position as a bench position or room for future growth. Because of this you will have the full 8 week training experience and as we look at our current staffing and new restaurant opening needs we can adjust some of our team to locations closer the where they live so we are excited about the potential of hiring this position to reposition our current market.

Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures. This Summary Overview generally describes key job standards for Jack in the Box Corporate employees. It is not all-­-inclusive, and a similar job at other Brands, Franchise or License locations may be different. Duties Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service are maintained. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs. Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings meet quality standards and customer expectations. Handle catering events from planning to execution, ensuring all details align with client specifications. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant or bar environment. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication among staff members. Experience Proven experience as an hourly manager in a restaurant or fine dining setting. QSR background preferred. Please do not apply if you have not been a restaurant manager. Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and food handling best practices. Experience in staff training and development within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with catering operations is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members alike.
