We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our Service Technician team by overseeing equipment maintenance, managing daily service operations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians. Schedule daily service routes and assign workloads to maximize efficiency. Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and ongoing technician training. Oversee preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting for vending and breaktime equipment. Monitor service response times, work quality, and technician productivity. Assist technicians with complex equipment repairs and technical support. Maintain appropriate inventory levels of service parts, tools, and equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while resolving escalated service concerns. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations. Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure company vehicles, tools, and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Two or more years of experience in equipment service, maintenance, or a related field. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card. Must be at least 21 years old to meet DOT requirements. Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in warehouses, customer locations, and outdoor environments. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check. Must be able to consent to a drug screen. Preferred Qualifications Technical or trade school education. Experience servicing vending, coffee, beverage, or foodservice equipment. Experience with refrigeration systems.
