About Us:
We are a chef-driven restaurant dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience through elevated cuisine from all of Latina America, curated beverages, and great service. We are seeking a talented Bar Manager to take ownership of our bar program and bring creativity, precision, and leadership to our beverage offerings.
Position Overview:
As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for designing an innovative cocktail program that complements our menu, managing bar operations, and leading a team to deliver a polished guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a seasonal, high-end wine and cocktail menu that aligns with the restaurant's culinary vision Oversee daily bar operations, including setup, service, and closing procedures Train, mentor, and manage bartending staff to uphold consistency and excellence Maintain strict inventory control, ordering, and cost management practices Ensure compliance with all alcohol regulations, health, and safety standards Collaborate closely with the executive chef and management team on pairings and menu development Monitor trends in mixology and continuously refine the beverage program
Qualifications:
Proven experience creating craft cocktail menus in an upscale or fine dining environment Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and modern mixology techniques Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting Professional presentation and commitment to hospitality excellence
