Restaurant assistant managers are part of a team. You will be working with others to make a great dining experience for our customers. Being a team player is essential.Leadership Skills :
Restaurant managers must keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.Runs shifts effectively:
Maintain a daily deployment sheet to ensure quality products, excellent guest service, and restaurant cleanliness while maintaining labor and food costs. Follows and implements restaurant policies and procedures: Effectively hold team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors in a complaint and caring manner. Ability to foster and encourage open communication, teamwork, and cooperation. Results-driven with 1-2 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Requirements:
Long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job. You must be able to walk fast-paced during shifts, bend, reach, and stoop, lift/carry 10 lbs. or less consistently, lift/carry 11-20 lbs. frequently, lift/carry 21-50 lbs. occasionally, and lift/carry 51-100 lbs. rarely.Job Type:
