In this role, you will support the overall operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and smooth management of daily activities. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting that values hospitality excellence and culinary craftsmanship. Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management Support staff training and development to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system and ensuring proper cash handling procedures Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across kitchen and dining areas Coordinate shift schedules, manage team assignments, and supervise staff to optimize workflow during busy hours Contribute to budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses related to food production, labor, and supplies Responsible for closing 3 nights a week, working up to 11:30pm, MUST be available 2pm-10pm days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Strong knowledge of Toast POS system for efficient transaction processing Excellent leadership skills with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in hospitality or restaurant management Familiarity with inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, food production, and service techniques Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency within the food industry Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality experiences!
