RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop a strong restaurant management team Drive sales, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and operational excellence Monitor labor, inventory, cash controls, and restaurant profitability Coach and motivate managers and crew members Ensure outstanding customer service every shift Build a positive culture focused on teamwork and accountability Train and develop future leaders within the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 21 years old Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing restaurant operations, staffing, and financial performance Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including nights and weekends McDonald's experience preferred Hamburger University graduate preferred for former McDonald's General Managers Valid driver's license required At Bican Family Restaurants, we believe our people are the foundation of our success.
