Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive team performance. Duties Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and staff coordination Supervise and train team members in food handling, customer service, and safety protocols to ensure high standards are maintained Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and order processing Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, overseeing daily tasks, and resolving operational issues promptly Lead staff training & development initiatives to enhance culinary skills, customer service excellence, and teamwork Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking procedures, and food safety standards Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, staff training & development, and interviewing skills Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices in a hospitality setting Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Previous experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is a plus Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service standards Join us to lead a passionate team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
