Duties Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer experiences during your shift Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and marketing materials to maximize sales opportunities Cash handling, POS Management Facilitate effective communication among staff & guests Ensure compliance with safety protocols & store policies Must cross-train in every position and be willing and able to fill any position at any time.
