$75,000 Base + Bonus We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee and drive performance across multiple quick-service restaurant locations in the Kansas City market. This leadership role is responsible for developing General Managers, improving operational execution, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all locations. The ideal candidate is a proven multi-unit leader with experience managing 7-12 restaurant locations simultaneously and a track record of delivering results through strong leadership, coaching, and accountability. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams across 7-12 locations Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and guest service Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, labor, food cost, and turnover Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate performance and provide coaching Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Requirements 3-5+ years of District Manager or Multi-Unit Manager experience within Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations Current or recent experience overseeing 7-12 restaurant locations Strong leadership and team development skills with experience coaching General Managers Demonstrated success managing P&L performance, including sales, labor, food cost, and profitability Strong operational knowledge of restaurant systems, food safety, inventory, and labor management Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive execution Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to travel regularly between locations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent restaurant operations experience considered Experience with restaurant management and reporting systems Background with high-volume quick-service restaurant brands What We Offer Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Ongoing Leadership Development Additional Benefits and Perks If you're an experienced QSR District Manager who has successfully led 7-12 restaurant locations , developed high-performing General Managers, and consistently delivered strong business results, we'd like to speak with you.
