We're looking for an Assistant Manager who wants to be part of something being built, not just run a shift. If you're energized by small-batch quality, real community connection, and the chance to put your fingerprints on a growing brand, keep reading. What You'll Do Supervise and support all in-store staff — training, coaching, and keeping shifts running smoothly Build and manage employee schedules; coordinate coverage to ensure proper staffing every day Oversee hand pie production — monitor assembly, frying, and finishing stages to maintain consistent Larryville quality standards Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all kitchen and customer-facing areas at all times Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints with a positive, problem-solving approach Track inventory and supplies; flag shortages and coordinate with ownership to ensure timely ordering Assist with cash handling, daily record keeping, and shift paperwork Support in-store promotions and assist with occasional social media content to help drive foot traffic Provide direct feedback to ownership and collaborate on process improvements and new menu ideas Uphold all company policies, procedures, and local health regulations What We're Looking For Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or similar food service environment Strong communication and team leadership — you know how to bring out the best in people Detail-oriented approach to food quality, presentation, and cleanliness Solid organizational and scheduling skills Initiative and creativity — you'll see problems and solve them without being asked Flexible availability including weekends and peak business hours Why Larryville We're a small, community-rooted brand that takes quality seriously and doesn't take ourselves too seriously.
