Position Summary... What you'll do... Essential Job Functions Operations and Production Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Demonstrate an advanced understanding of production techniques and processes within the assigned area. Ensure quality standards are met and products are produced in accordance with company requirements. Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. Accurately follow recipes and preparation instructions to ensure all products meet established quality standards. Effectively manage time to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Prepare products for customer orders while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. Inventory and Record Management Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and ordering materials as needed. Maintain accurate records and reports, including production reports, inventory levels, and associate performance documentation. Monitor inventory levels to support uninterrupted production and operational efficiency. Leadership and Team Support Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Provide guidance, training, and support to associates as needed. Foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in developing associates by sharing knowledge and best practices. Safety, Compliance, and Ethics Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to all Walmart policies, procedures, and safety standards. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Implement related action plans and utilize the Open Door Policy when appropriate. Walmart. The hourly wage range for this position is $25.50 - $31.90•The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
