The ideal candidate will have front of house restaurant experience. Management experience and BOH experience are a plus but not required. Must be available nights and weekends. Schedules are set so you will always know what you work ahead of time. Most managers work some days and some nights but we do our best to give all managers a schedule that meets their preferences and sets them up for success. Managers typically work 40-45 hours/week. Pay varies by experience, availability and number of hours you are available and willing to work. Health, dental and vision insurance are offered. We are a busy bar and grill with 2 levels and recently expanded our upper deck so must be willing and able to carry things up and down stairs as needed. Oversee all aspects of the restaurant and staff during business hours. Must be willing to help where needed.
