Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing development programs Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and safety regulations Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Maintain compliance with food safety standards and sanitation practices across all kitchen and dining areas Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, overseeing customer service, and resolving operational issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and transaction processing Demonstrated supervisory skills with a focus on staff training, team management, and leadership development Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Familiarity with inventory control, food production, catering, bar operations, and hospitality management practices Previous experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership fuels memorable guest experiences!
