We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader who will own the full operation and help build one of Kansas City's most unique hospitality destinations. What You'll Do Operate the business with an owner's mindset — constantly improving guest experience, operational efficiency, revenue, and team performance. Own the full Profit & Loss (P&L) and drive revenue across golf, food & beverage, events, and merchandise. Aggressively manage food, beverage, and labor costs to hit or exceed targets. Lead, mentor, and develop a large team (up to 200+ staff) while building a positive, accountable, and guest-obsessed culture rooted in our Core Values. Deliver exceptional guest experiences through Big Hellos & Big Goodbyes, the Three R's, Never Say No, and our high hospitality standards. Create and execute memorable programming, events, leagues, and activations that make Tap Ins the place people choose to be. Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence on the floor during service and peak times. What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive leadership in high-volume hospitality or experiential venues. Experience managing large teams (100-200+ employees). Proven success running a multi-revenue venue up to $3.5M+ annually. Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen. Proficiency with Toast POS, Sling scheduling, and Restaurant365 (R365) preferred. High energy, hands-on leadership style, and availability for nights, weekends, and peak periods.
